topic Checking HTTP Server Staus in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I hate to rehash this issue since it is already on the forum but there is no resolution.

I have a site with SIm 4.2 (T2415BA_C.04.02.00.01)running. It was working fine but after I left there there were some changes made my the customer, namely user accounts, and now wheather I launch SIM from the desktop icon (I get the Checking HTTP Server Status) or the Browser (Page cannot be displayed), nothing happens. I saw on the forum that one guy had launched the SIM.bat. When I do that I get three DOS shell windows and I am able to then launch SIM anyway I choose and it works. I am at the point where I might have to reinstall. Event Logs indicate there is an issue with the MXAgent. I have changes all the user accounts associated with the services back to the way they were but still the same thing.

Any help would be greatly apprecieated.
