      <description>The hardware status on the localhost:2301 page on a managed system is in some cases different than the status showon my CMS. &lt;BR /&gt;Also I don't seem to be able tot get all of my systems recognize with the right product names and/or OS.</description>

      <description>Yes, I have tried this several times. I also have waited some days before checking again, because I find sometimes it takes a while to sync for some issues</description>

      <description>Have you tried installing the latest agents on the server? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;BTW I've been experiencing these problems also. Although I don't have the latest agents on all servers, some of the servers report correctly and others don't. I haven't been able to figure out exactly what triggers the inventory info to report properly.</description>
