      <description>I set SIM to email me whenever a system becomes unavailable and when it is available again. It was working in 7.1 but recently it has stop working well. I'll regularly get emails saying that a system is available but I almost never get emails saying that it was unavailable. Does anyone know why this may be happening?</description>
