    <description>I don't why I keep setting this error "The Smart Component file, cp004193.exe, could not be retrieved from the Version Control Repository Manager on server . Downloads stopped."  No other explanation !! what could be the causes ??&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Q1:  Is cp004193.exe the first file?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Q2:  What is the client VCA version.  What is the Server VCRM version?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since the more recent (7.20 and greater) Management agents now use Windows authentication, I had to create a dummy local account (named Operator) for the older VCA's to communicate with.  The older VCA's don't let you change the "account" name when configuring their trusts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(I didn't think accounts named Administrator or User were a good idea)  :)</description>
