    <description>I believe this may be the "email storm" issues you are seeing.  With that problem, SIM would send out old alerts messages (via email) usually in large groups (the storm).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From what I understand, the latest SP for SIM 4.2 fixes this problem.  Which version are you running?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Nelson</description>
