      <description>It's not clear what you mean.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It would depend on what tables you're getting the information from.&lt;BR /&gt;The Reports Tables are populated by the Bi-Weekly job, not by the Discovery Process.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Serial Numbers can be lost if the Motherboard has been replaced.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check if the Serial Number is actually in the BIOS.</description>

      <description>I'm looking at the System Page in HP Systems Insight Manager. Looking at HP Insight Diagnostics shows a correct Serial Number. The System Information page also shows the correct numbers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I ran Data Collection and then checked two of the servers. They had a correct serial number on the System Page. Two minutes later it's gone???</description>
