topic SIM Reporting both redundant power supplies failed in a server in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

One of our ML370G3 Netware 5.1 sp/6 servers is reporting both power supplies have failed.

The server is still running, and both power supplies have been hot swap replaced "just in case" -- the server did not detect the removal or replacement of the power supplies like other servers have in the past (Power supply removed messages at the console, etc) and the insight agent still reports a failure

I've reloaded all of the agents listed in CPQAGIN, but to no avail.

A call into HP yeilded nothing except for the suggestion of clearing the NVRAM and upgrading to PLSP 7.30 ...this seems like an odd thing to do considering our other fifty servers are working great on 7.10

Any ideas? Thanks!

Running the smartstart CD whether 7.10 or the lastest. It is to reinstall your HP drivers because it appears that you are having a fault failed error, that is, the error is not true.So updating or reinstalling your drivers especially the server health drive should resolve your issue.
