topic User rights problem in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I have inherited an environment with one CMS server running HP SIM 4.1 SP1 on Windows. The outgoing admin created my account using my domain account. I am able to log in to SIM but I am unable to see any systems. When logging in to SIM as the service account admin account, I can see systems out there just fine, but I cannot associate any accounts with Authorizations or other basic user management tasks. Each time I try, I recieve an "Internal Error has occured" popup. I have also directly logged into the CMS server and tried using the "mxauth" CLI tool to just list accounts and still receive an "Internal Error occured." I can add users, toolboxes and system groups but cannot delete any of them or assign any of them.

I'm at a loss of where to look next.... any ideas?

Thanks,
Brion
