    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have 3 HP DL servers, with insight manager latest version.&lt;BR /&gt;when I click on the Insight manager icon on the desktop, it takes me through the certificate warning, and i click yes, and Java warning , and click yes, then it will go to a window where it says&lt;BR /&gt;"please wait, checking for java Plug-in", and then it just hangs there without doing anything else.&lt;BR /&gt;all of the servers have the same issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;could anyone advise of what the problem is ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have installed the lastest java from sun website, but that didnt fix the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thank you</description>

      <description>there is an known issue&lt;BR /&gt;if you are running HPSIM 4.0 or 4.1 without SP1 &lt;BR /&gt;you have to install 4.0/4.1 SP1 to fix the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;the problem with 4.0/4.1 without SP1 is caused by a security vulnerability patch for the Internet Explorer&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;have a nice day&lt;BR /&gt;topuli</description>
