    <description>Get this called in to customer services at 1-800-HP-INVENT and say 'Insight Manager' at the prompt.  This is not going to be a user configuration error.  We need to get it documented and in the hands of the engineers and this is the best method.</description>

      <description>got the same problem on a few of my systems as well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;it looks like the service is unable to start in a reasonable amount of time&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;not sure whats up past that yet though</description>
