topic SIM 4.2 SP2 problems: IE & ssh in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I reinstalled SIM on a DL380, Win2000 SP4 (default local admin renamed!), local MSDE. I tried typical as well as custom installs, and always used an Active Domain user account with local admin rights.

Problem no.1: IE hangs when starting SIM.
Patches are available from hp.com for previous SIM versions only, so please tell me if there is a solution at all.

Problem no.2: For each server restart, Application log in Event Viewer displays some OpenSSH errors:
At first, one sshd information reads: "sshd : PID 1644 : Server listening on 0.0.0.0 port 22." - this IP looks suspicious.
Then, when SIM service startup is complete, 4-7 sshd errors follow with the same message: "sshd : PID 1580 : error: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable."
Now please tell me if you know how to get rid of these sshd problems.

I looked for info in the manuals and online, but could not find anything relevant.
Hope I can do something else than reinstalling the whole server.
