      <description>Are asking how to integrate Terminal Services with HP SIM? I'm assuming you are refering to Remote Desktop Prolocol, which to me = Terminal Services. Please clarify, because if this integration is possilbe, I would like to check it out myself.</description>

      <description>What I have seen for adding tools to HP SIM, create an XML file and then use 'mxtool' command to load it into the SIM application.</description>
