    <description>My guess is that you did not configure the agents before deployment.&lt;BR /&gt;Elements such as Trust may now be invalid.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've had no similar problems with 7.30A here.&lt;BR /&gt;7.20 was a source of problems for us.</description>

      <description>The agents were configured with trust information before deploying.  The security feature is one of the elements still available and I can confirm that the certificate settings are still valid.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>For them to be Unknown it would indicate the SNMP Settings are no longer valid.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Someone else has reported that the Pack deployment was upsetting the SNMP Settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check that the CMS Host has SNMP Access via the correct community strings.</description>
