It was working fine until the database (originally on a seperate SQL server) was accidentally deleted; I was planning to move the DB to MSDE anyway, so I've completely removed SIM and I'm trying to install it from scratch.<BR /><BR />The install stops at a setup window - "Registering management tools". The database has been created at this point. Looking at the application event log, two related events appear every 25 minutes - "restarting MxDomainManager" and a corresponding "restart successful" event. I've left the "Registering ..." window for hours at a time, but it never completes.
