Installing Insight Manager agents 7.3 on Citrix server

I am having problems installing the agents on serveral Citrix servers. We believe the problem lies in the fact that the C: drive isn't mapped to the the local machine. Any help is appreciated!

What is the OS and version?

How are you doing the install? Just the agents or the entire PSP?

You must make absolutely sure that you are in install mode. The agents will not install correctly if not.

We also did the install in "install" mode

We are also doing the entire PSP from the 7.3 smartstart CD

More questions.
When the Server was built, did you build it using Smart Start or was it built manually?

Also, what model of Server - see some threads about NIC update problems.

I've just checked, we do have a W2003 Citrix Server, and the agents are installed okay on that. So, in answer to the original question, not having a C: should not stop the PSP deploying.

If it was built using smart start there should already be some agents installed? Are they and do they work?

Try copying the 7.30 PSP to disk, ensure it is not flagged read only and then run setup.exe. This will fire up the Remote Deployment Utility.
From here you can configure the Agents, trust details etc. and then you can install.
It might give you more of an idea of where it is failing.
