Error response from Foundation agent when replicating settings

I am running DL380g3's, and all run the 7.3 agents. This CMS server is IM 4.2SP2.

I always use the same server as the source server to replicate my seetings to a new server that I am setting up.

I occasionally get an error after replicating that says 'THE RESPONSE FROM THE AGENT COULD NOT BE READ PROPERLY'.

These servers are all very similar. They all have the same amount of RAM, all running Win2K3. They do not have the same number of drives, but I dont think that should matter.

Rebooting the server and re-replicating the settings doesnt fix anything. Re-replicating from another server that did not give that error didn't help either.

This is frustrating because the server shows up with a orange triangle instead of the green check mark, which is what I ultimately want for all my servers.

Any ideas?
