You need to have SMH identified by HPSIM for Replicate Agent Settings to work. Enable SNMP protocols, set the community strings under Options->Protocol Settings->Global Protocol settings page and then run the identification task (Options->Identify Systems). Then try runing the replicate agent settings task.

Hello,

When I launch an inventory report "System Boot up Time" is empty for the servers behind the firewall.
Also, it is not possible to replicate agent settings for them ("does not support the SMH protocol.")

Thanks for your help.

Céline

I think the boot time is only obtained from the WBEM access.
So, that's either the credentials in the WBEM are not valid for those servers. Or access is being blocked.

I have setup WBEM with an accurate account name and password, have opened ports 2381 22 and 5989 on the firewall but I have still the same issue. I use trust by certificate.

Yes I have installed v2.0.2.106
When I browse "System Page" by clicking the link in "All systems" there is no "System Management HomePage" listed under more information like the servers in the intranet.

snmp is working fine, I receive alerts from internet servers (send test trap and others), I also have a nice inventory report with memory, product model ...
There is just "System Boot up Time" missing !
