I've checked the initconfig.log file and it seems to fail on step 13 Agent Configuration.<BR />It shows "Failed" and "Exception:Configuration failed to complete due to the following exception:Access is denied"<BR />The account I am installing SIM as is a local admin and the password contains no special characters. DOes anyone know what step 13 Agetn Config is\does?
