    <description>make sure VCA is configured to a Valid VCRM with a Valid username and password&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and also make sure that the VCRM don't have any invalid PSPs in it.</description>

      <description>hello, I'm using SIM 5.0 and some&lt;BR /&gt;of the server are marked with blue&lt;BR /&gt;questions mark icon "vc agent not configured".&lt;BR /&gt;all the SNMP and stust settings are OK.&lt;BR /&gt;I've run the software status polling and&lt;BR /&gt;it fixed the problem but after a day the&lt;BR /&gt;icon become blue again.&lt;BR /&gt;When I click the blue icon the server&lt;BR /&gt;VC agent page is lunched just fine.&lt;BR /&gt;the problem is only with some of the servers.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
