for NET Server there Are Netserver Agents on "http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?pnameOID=75197&locale=en_US&taskId=135&prodTypeId=15351&prodSeriesId=50440&swEnvOID=226"
to Download.
Install the local TopTool Agents etc. and then in HPSIM make a new decive Identifikation for the LP2000r (SNMP Settings like ProLIant Servers..)

A red check indicates HPSIM cannot even ping the device and so it wouldn't matter what agents you have.

I don't know what agents etc. are available for the Netserver range.
