    <description>The HP Agents can be configured to send an SNMP Trap if a particular Service stops or starts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On the Server go to Control Panel and run up the HP Management AGents Gui. Go to the Process Monitor Tab.&lt;BR /&gt;Note also that you need to ensure that the Server is configured to send SNMP Traps to the HPSIM Server. You can test that works from the same GUI.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
