PSP 7.40 Problem installing HP Insight Diagnostics Online

Hi All,
Last night we updated a Windows 2003 SP1 Server with PSP 7.40. The HP Insight Diagnostics Online Utility (7.4.0.1570) is still flagged as uninstalled.
A re-install via the VCA finishes with a status of 1, but still no change. If I run HPIDO the version is the old 7.0.1.129.
I ran cp005414 manually on the Server and that fails with:
1607 Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.

All other parts of the PSP installed okay.
I'm reluctant to remove the old version first as that might leave me with no Diagnostics utility.
Any known issues?

I have the exact same identical issue. I actually uninstalled the old version and it still fails. I have not had time to readdress it yet since it is only a dev box.
I tried all sorts of uninstall/reinstall tricks and nothing works.

The SMH loads but there is no data on the right at all. Just says everything is fine.

2000 7.40 has worked fine, only 2003 appears to not be happy.

If I figure it out I will let you know.

Chris,
I've updated a number of W2003 Servers fine, this is probably the first Server where the W2003 is not a fresh install, it's an update from W2000.
Might be a factor.
