    <description>Was this a new installation of the agent? or an update?&lt;BR /&gt;You need to removbe any agents before installation.&lt;BR /&gt;Perhaps try running the uninstall script before restarting.&lt;BR /&gt;Also note 7.40 is now available.</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i've installed hpmgmt-7.2.0-vmware on a ProLiant BL20p G3, 4GB Ram with ESX-Server 2.5 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The installation was successfully without any errors. But I'm not able to start the hpsmhd daemon.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Errorlogmessage:&lt;BR /&gt;[Thu Sep 22 10:18:13 2005] [error] Cannot allocate shared memory: (17)File exists&lt;BR /&gt;[Thu Sep 22 10:28:07 2005] [error] Cannot allocate shared memory: (17)File exists&lt;BR /&gt;[Thu Sep 22 10:28:45 2005] [error] Cannot allocate shared memory: (17)File exists&lt;BR /&gt;[Thu Sep 22 13:07:01 2005] [error] Cannot allocate shared memory: (17)File exists&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Restarting the server doesn't help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi Rob,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;this was a complete new installation. But i will uninstall 7.2 and try i with version 7.4. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Lets hope the best</description>
