Modify Standard Email Templete

I get alerts when a system goes does and such. Is there anyway to modify the email that gets sent to include an ip address besides modifying the system name to include the IP address?

When users have a need to have customized emails, the general approach to take is to replace email with a custom command launch. All of the information about the event is contained within the environment variables and then you can parse the data you want and call a command line email client to finish the job.
