I have taken over the management of two Proliant Servers and updated to PSP 7.4. I do not have access to the logon Accounts or passwords for these servers. How can I reset the passwords for Insight Management?

In psp 7.40 management home page uses Windows authentication, therefore you need manage users/passwords in Windows

You can setup the users how you want by creating groups and definning them in the System Management Homepage, but to do that you need Admin authority. That means you will have to first login using one of the administrator ID's in the OS's Administrator group.

Thanks for the reply.

When I use the login account that logs me into the Windows 2003 server (the administrator account) the login fails. Is there a way to reset this so that it will look to Windows Authenticiation?

I believe I resolved it through readin queetions you have already answered. It is looking for the domain. I put that information in and it worked.
