VCA agent settings prohibit installing software

All remote VCA cannot function instead the local VCA which is VCRM installed.
I granted the access for local access and it is showing "hpsmh_local_administrator" on the upper right corner.
But it still cannot install anything.

Does the system running the VCRM have the System Management Homepage set to allow "Anonymous Access"? If it does I would try turning off the "Anonymous Access" setting on the SMH and see if it clears up your problem.

Thanks Rich Purvis,
After I disable the anonymous access from the HPSMH security with the VCRM installed. All remote VCA showing no VCRM contact. Then I tried to setup the VCA settings again.
IT WORKS !!!!

Hi,

After the upgrade from 7.30A to 7.40 I have got the same problem (VCA agent settings prohibit installing software).

I saw many inssues here, I have done almost of them, but it did not work in my case.

Before the upgrade It was working !!

Does anyone know anything else to do ??
