    <description>I have installed HP SIM 5.&lt;BR /&gt;On one of my win2K SP4 servers cqmgserv.exe = HP insight server agents service (PSP version 7.30) is running with very high CPU.&lt;BR /&gt;I have installed Proliant Support Pack for Windows 2000 version 7.40 A but this doesn't make any difference.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the event viewer I see following error message:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Event Type: Error&lt;BR /&gt;Event Source: Foundation Agents&lt;BR /&gt;Event Category: Events &lt;BR /&gt;Event ID: 1181&lt;BR /&gt;Date:  5/10/2005&lt;BR /&gt;Time:  10:03:50&lt;BR /&gt;User:  N/A&lt;BR /&gt;Computer: servername&lt;BR /&gt;Description:&lt;BR /&gt;Foundation Agent:&lt;BR /&gt; HP requires that you apply a software/firmware update, containing critical bug fixes, at your earliest convenience.  The update 0 &lt;BR /&gt;[SNMP TRAP: 11014 in CPQHOST.MIB] &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What could be the problem?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
