I'm just getting started with SIM and am not having much luck with the agents. I have both 5.0 and 5.01. When I installed 5.01 on Win2000 machines, they identified and reported just fine with no other configuration. But, the same agent on XP does not identify itself to SIM.

most for the Agents are not supported for Windows Xp(non server)

Make sure all the agent are installed properly

Logapriyan, I think Alan mean Insight agent for clients (therefore they are obsolete and are no longer maintained).
