topic configuring agents in Server Management - Systems Insight Manager

I'm just getting started with SIM and am not having much luck with the agents. I have both 5.0 and 5.01. When I installed 5.01 on Win2000 machines, they identified and reported just fine with no other configuration. But, the same agent on XP does not identify itself to SIM.
