Try using the 5.30 agents, they seem to work pretty solid with the old ProLiant servers running Netware 5.1.

I am trying to grab memory utilization using SNMP from a Proliant 3000, running NetWare 5.1 using the Insight manager 4.9 agents. I am getting a return error of -1. Has anyone encountered this before?

thanks

Hello JR.

I also have several NW 5.1 servers with 4.90 agents.

For me you can't have this information with SNMP without running the MONDATA.NLM which is part of Managewise. I think you can find it on the web or of course on the managewise CD.

We had this problem when we set up the NW performance monitoring using MRTG. That was the only way to have this information and many other.

Of course, the memory utilization is an information you can find in the integrated NW 5.1 portal (http://server:2301)

Regards.
