    <description>Did you see blocked requests in firewall logs?&lt;BR /&gt;For test purpose only try to open all ports on your firewalls and see if you can log.&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe your problem not related to firewall.&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have right version of Java runtime installed on client?&lt;BR /&gt;There is a list of all ports used by SIM:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h10018.www1.hp.com/wwsolutions/misc/hpsim-helpfiles/security5.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://h10018.www1.hp.com/wwsolutions/misc/hpsim-helpfiles/security5.pdf&lt;/A&gt;</description>

      <title>SIM 5 login problems</title>

      <description>I have a remote SIM 5 server that appears to&lt;BR /&gt;be "rejected" logins via routers/firewalls.&lt;BR /&gt;All we get is the initial port 50000 login&lt;BR /&gt;page (username,password,domain,timezone). This&lt;BR /&gt;will time out after a period and take you back&lt;BR /&gt;to the same screen but emptied, or sometimes&lt;BR /&gt;a failure page about apache/tomcat.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cookies are enabled, security is medium-high,&lt;BR /&gt;local access to the sim is ok with all user&lt;BR /&gt;ids.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyone with an idea as to where to start ?</description>

      <description>OK, I knew about that bit - our problem&lt;BR /&gt;is getting connected to the management&lt;BR /&gt;console in the first place.</description>
