Thanks for responding, these were the 1st things I looked at, and it's only happened once so far, but there's approx 100 servers to go!

I guess a reinstall of the agents is required and see whta happens.

regards

A

Anyone had issues with the PSP update from 7.10, the agent information doesn't display on the servers homepage, so there's no chance of it wrking through the CMS.

SNMP haven't changed, just no data is showing in the Homepage from the actual server, and it is dog slow. Though maybe a reinstall will need to happen.

Done about 12 servers so far and this is the only 1 to show problems, have another 100 to go.

Regards

A

The basic framework for the webagents and web based management applications that show up on the homepage changed after SS7.10. There are several possible reasons for what you are seeing but the most likely is that the System Management Homepage component was either not installed *or* the service did not start.
Other possible things to check would be to check to see if your SNMP configuration got changed somehow unexpectedly.

-Rich
