e-mail notifications

I set up my e-mail to receive notifications from hpsim and have been getting them until recently when I went in and updated (silly me) e-mail settings and now do not receive any notifications at all. What's going on??????

Hi,

I have problems with e-mails too. I'm not able to set new notifications, and change notifications. I see only blank pages or errors i.e. http://support.openview.hp.com/kp_reg_info.jsp

Does your SMTP server requires authentication? If yes, then you need to enter the credentials each time you edit the e-mail settings (even if you have made changes only to the e-mail ID and/or the SMTP server). (Bug??)

Also, check if the anti-virus is blocking the e-mail port to be used.
