SIM system status icon issue

Hi all

I have some issue about SIM system status icon.

Server (Tru64 ES47 and agent V3.3) status icon indicates 'mejar status'.
But Server's SMH is all green.Of course Integrated Management log is normal.

SO, I caputer the SNMP packets (between SIM to Server) and analysis that traces.
The result is that OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.232.11.2.10.1) response is
'01 04 08 00 01 02 01 0c ....' and element 6 is 01 04 01 13.
(CPQHOST.MIB, MIB= cpqHoMibStatusArray)

element 0 , octet=1 is 04 -> all MIB's condition is Failed.

SO, What is element 6?

And How can I get these element information such as What is this element ? etc.
