SIM5 Disk Threshold Problem

We have 49 HP Proliant servers with W2K and SIM Agents installed. 46 out of 49 work with a set disk Threshold Task.

The 3 that do not work have agents 7.40 installed as the others do. The SNMP settings are the same as all the rest, and the Trust is set to "trust all".

But on these 3 servers I get the message from the task result "Could not set the disk Threshold, the agent did not accept the request"

Has anyone come across this before?
