    <description>If you're starting from scratch I'd really recommend you go to HPSIM 5.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the Servers are not being listed, check to see if you have Discovery Filters enabled. Try changing this so that all devices are displayed. It may be that  HPSIM is not recognising the devices (e.g. incorrect SNMP settings) and the devices are Unknown or Unmanaged.</description>

      <title>Getting Started</title>

      <description>I've installed HP System Insight Manager version 4.2.  After logging in I've run a discovery for device with the servers subnet but nothings gets returned and no machines are returned within All Systems.  However if I enter Options - Security - Users and check the authorisation for the user logged in it see's all the servers within the specified subnet.  Can some one help with this one?</description>
