    <description>HI , &lt;BR /&gt;   Iam having SIM 5.0 running on win xp . I wish to manage my local system (win xp) . Both my CMS and Managed node are same . Now my query is , &lt;BR /&gt;    Do I need to install Proliant support pack on win xp to manage it . If so , there is no proliant support pack available for win xp . &lt;BR /&gt;    Moreover , my local system which is win xp cannot be made as managed cause there is no proliant support pack available for win xp .As per user guide , to make a system as managed one , it needs to install proliant support pack on those system .&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards&lt;BR /&gt;Sudesh</description>

      <description>You never mention the hardware you are using.  If it is a ProLiant, Windows XP is not a supported OS on ProLiant, so there is not PSP for Windows XP.  If it is some other hardware, you may have other options.</description>
