Select multiple systems in a Event Task

I am trying to create a new Task to notify a user on multiple systems. How do I select multiple systems without selecting them all?

Select Systems
where [System Name] [is] [(any)]

How do I changed the (any) to specific - multiple systems?

make a new server grouping and then base your task out of that new grouping

Thanks for the advice. I thought about grouping the devices, but I don't know where or how to create the groups.

Any insight or instructions on how to create server groups would be appreciated.
