Jason,
In order to push agents (Proliant support pack) to servers you can use "Initial ProLiant Support Pack Install" task.
(I think you can use it for update agents too). See:
http://docs.hp.com/en/5991-2791/ch12s01.html#reqSW
Good documents for start:
"Getting started with HP SIM 5.0 in a smaller Windows environment"
http://h10018.www1.hp.com/wwsolutions/misc/hpsim-helpfiles/hpsim-win.pdf
and
"HP Systems Insight Manager 5.0 Installation and User Guide"
http://docs.hp.com/en/5991-2791/index.html

I am very new to HP Sim and i was wondering if someone could point me to a step by step guide. I seem to have some servers working, but I really don't know what I did to get them to work. Also is there a link to where I can push the agent to other servers that are older and need upgrading?

i hope the questions are not too general. Thanks for your help

Thanks. It seems most of my servers already have a older version or agent alredy installed. Where would I find the newset version to install?

When I attempt to push the PSP, I get the following error:

Initializing...

Unable to connect to the target computer. All available connection methods were attempted with no success.

A possible reason is that the operating system of the target computer is not supported. Access to the target computer was denied, possibly due to incorrect authentication information or permissions.

What password are they refering too? Oy I am bad at this...

Thanks Igor! That seem to do it. One last question, and I think I am set.

The Net admin before me setup a password on the agent software which will not allow me to make any config changes or view the system homepage.

Right now the server is set to Host Authentication, but because I do not know what the original account and pasword was I can not login. I thought about adding another user to the server, but since it is a domain controller, it will not let me. I have also tried using the system management account, but again, it denies me. Is there a way to reset that password? I thought I read somewhere that you could copy over a .acl file from another server if you know what that password was.
