Problem with display information after login

I have new installation of IM 7 SP2. During installation was everything OK. When I loggin, page header is display, one message about nonsecure informaton is diplay and error message with this text:
Error Message :'null' is null or not an object
File Name: https://comp_name:50000/ui/jsp/pageHeader.jsp?parentmenu=root
Line Number:149

When I click on OK, message is closed, but non information is display.

Can anybody help me?

Is your system set to US English? That is probably the problem.

No, my system setting is set on Czech, but I try to change on English and no changes happens. Any other suggestion?

Greetings. What version of Java are you running. The last version of IM7 now uses a newer version of the Java Client. I had to un-install my older version then allow it to install the newer version and my issue like the one you said went away.

Java version is 1.3.1_09

Hi Daniel,
thankx for your help. I tried to upgrade on SP2.3 , now I have new Java (like you), but problem still occurs. I'm going to uninstall all of Insight Manager and install new version with SP2.3 . I don't believe , but I try it.
