Insight Manager traps

Hello, I am not receiving traps from the agents. The agent are sending them (snmp), i can see it thru other program, but Insight manager never receive not even one!.
What setting i need to watch?

Check the SNMP service setting on the client, on Trap tab, enter the community name (case-sensitive) and trap destination (the IP address of SIM server).
Hope can solve your problem.

Hi Rosana,

Run the attached utility, snmputil.exe, on the SIM machine. The output will show you the traps received by the server.
