      <title>Insight Manager traps</title>

      <description>Hello, I am not receiving traps from the agents. The agent are sending them (snmp), i can see it thru other program, but Insight manager never receive not even one!.&lt;BR /&gt;What setting i need to watch?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks, Rosana Almada</description>

      <description>Check the SNMP service setting on the client, on Trap tab, enter the community name (case-sensitive) and trap destination (the IP address of SIM server).&lt;BR /&gt;Hope can solve your problem.</description>
