    <description>You need to configure atleast one VCA to point to the Repository so that VCRM knows that it has to download PSP for that specific OS. &lt;BR /&gt;For Example: If you configure VCA on a Windows Server 2003 to point to VCRM (through change agents settings), then VCRM can start autodownloading the PSP's for Windows 2003 OS. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;-Anantha</description>

      <description>I want to automatic update the Repository,but failed,the log is show as "Automatic update downloaded 0 files. No Version Control Agents have provided operating system information to use as a download selection criteria".&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me.Thanks!</description>

      <description>Are you refering to Version Control Agent at client?&lt;BR /&gt;On VCA at client, click "change agent settings", then enter the computer name where Version Control Repository Manager is installed.&lt;BR /&gt;Then specify the login account and password (newer VCA use OS accounts).&lt;BR /&gt;If you are successfully authenticated, you will be prompted with Reference Support Pack to choose.</description>
