If so then there is not anything I can suggest.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have server 2000/2003 then don't use the Smartstart CD.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Download the latest Proliant Support Pack (7.4B) from the drivers page of your server on the HP website and run that instead. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I installed SIM5.0 in my customer,but I have 2 question,&lt;BR /&gt;1.ML370 G2 Server type in SIM is show "unknow",but BL20P G2 is correct.&lt;BR /&gt;2.Can I install managent agent for Windows XP(BL20P G2),but I checked website the agent is not support XP.May I use smartstart7.4 autorun to install agent.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>It is showing unknown because you dont have HP agents installed or running in your ML370 G2 machine. You can install HP agents for servers from Smart start.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
