hp insight manager and OVO or NNM integration

Hi,
I'd like to integrate HP Insight Manager (with agents installed in HP Windows Servers) with OVOU in order to monitor Hardware from a unique console. I have 2 questions:
1. I saw it's possible using SPI for Windows. Is it a free plug-in like on OVOW?

2. Otherwise. Can I integrate with NNM?. Do I need some more extra software or something to make it work properly?.

The OVOW NT SPI contained policies for the Insight agents starting with OVOW 7.1. It is our understanding that OVOU has the same policies in its current release.

NNM integration support can be downloaded free from http://www.hp.com/servers/manage --> HP Insight Integration Modules

Thanks David,
that was my question whether SPI for Windows O.S in OVOU is free or not , due to it's not part of the core but it's located in the application CD (different from OVOW version).

On the other hand, thanks for information about NNM integration.
