    <description>Yes and yes.&lt;BR /&gt;There are some add-ons (VMM, PMP) that are licensed and cost but HPSIM itself is free.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're going to monitor a large number of devices you may wish to review the choice of database.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>SQL Server is fine, if you're looking at monitoring 100's of Servers you'd not want to use MSDE.</description>
