I am trying to install the latest SIM 5.00.00.02 on a Win2003 SP1 server. I get to the screen where I am asked to enter the username and password for the service account. After entering the valid password, I get this error message: "The specific service account does not have administrator privliges."

I have Administrator permissions on the local member server, and I also tried granting Domain Admin on the domain. I ensured the account is listed in these local policies:
- Create a token object
- Logon as a service
- Replace a process level token

I still get the error.

Has anyone seen this before?
