All the other options are available through there.

You can have multiple VCRM's but how you use them is up to you. It depends on the speed of connection between sites or subnets. You could have all the VCA's at one site pointing to a local VCRM and those at another pointing at one local to them. This saves bandwidth when you run the softwre packages. I also seem to remember that you can have one master VCRM and get the others to pull files from that one - but please check that.

Hi Melanie.
Do you have only 7.10 in your VCR ? If yes, and if your VCR folder is d:\VCR for example, delete all the files inside and copy <CD7.40>compaq\csp\nt in d:\vcr, assuming there is only 7.10. Then launch a VCR scan.
If you want to have more than one PSP version, one thing you can do is creating one folder for each version in your VCR. For example, in my case I have my VCR in D:\VCR, and below I have folders 5.50, 6.40, 7.10 and 7.30. The VCR service is able to scan them and create the baselines. It is much easier if I want to remove one version and add a new one.
Regards.</CD7.40>

OK - I had a look where my VCR-Dir could be...
I found just directories called "vcrepository" in 5 or 6 different paths:
C:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin
c:\hp\hpsmh\data\htdocs
etc.

Where can I find the path-configuration for the version control repository in SIM?

Thanks for any help.

Melanie
