    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you getting this error message for the first time?&lt;BR /&gt;Were you using the SIM earlier and was it working fine?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you trying to access SIM from home computer or remote computer?&lt;BR /&gt;Is the SQL server installed on the same server which has SIM installed?&lt;BR /&gt;Restart SQL services in windows.       <description>I am having trouble with the HP SIM Database, I'm using SQL&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When loading HP SIM, I get an error on the right hand side saying 'No data available '&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone suggest anything, has anyone had this before?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers</description>
