HP Insight Manager V5.0 sp2

I've installed this upgrade from V4.2 with sp2 in our test lab and found no glitches. Has anyone installed this upgrade in their production environment? Also, I heard the sp3 was coming out in January. Any news on that?

I upgraded v4.2 to v5.0 no sp with no problems in our production enviroment.

v5 SP3 is now available to download

I'm downloading HPSIM V5 with SP3 now and upgrading from V4.2 in our test lab to see how it does. The only thing that I can't get working is the modem in the test lab. When I look at the event log SIM says it's paging.
