Problem Updating Version Control Agent

Hello,

As you can see on the attached file, I have problems to update drivers and firmwares. I can't launch the upgrade.

The button to launch the update is grayed and an information appears :" Agent Setting Prohibit installing software".
I have this problem since the version 7.40.

So, how to configure the agents in order to allow the updates?

Please make sure that anonymous access is disable in System Management Homepage i.e.where VCRM is installed.
Also make sure that you have configured Version Control Agent(VCA) with atleast Administrator or Operator privilege to connect to the VCRM system.
