    <description>That seems to indicate that the Mail Server is rejecting the connection.&lt;BR /&gt;In the HPSIM E-Mail config you can pass authentication parameters if that is required.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, E-Mail Servers like Exchange are usually configured to accept SMTP connections from specific sources.&lt;BR /&gt;You can test by just using telnet and specifying port 25. You should be able to send a HELO and get a response.</description>

      <description>All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I am trying to setup my SMTP and I am getting the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;Sending failed; class 530 5.7.3 Client was not authenticated&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can send SMTP mail using other programs but not through SIM anyone have an idea on why this is happening?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance</description>

      <description>Rob,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can send test SMTP emails with authentication, but as soon as I put the same information in SIM I get the "Sending failed; class 530 5.7.3 Client was not authenticated" error.  Any other idea's?</description>
